Session 4 Lesson
EMBRACE AMBITION
The "Who" of Ambition: Building Your Tribe for Transformation
Do you feel the driving force inside?
Where does Ambition show up in your life, and does it support your purpose? Identify people who support your talents, skills, and transformation and people you can let go. Identify how to embrace your drive to ‘rise up’ healthily and inspire others to transform alongside you.
Remember, we discovered your "Why," that purpose that propels you forward. Now, let's shift gears and unlock the "Who" – the essential tribe that forms the scaffolding of your ambitions. These are the comrades, the cheerleaders, the mirrors reflecting your best self.
Ubuntu whispers: "I am because we are." Your life isn't a solo act. Desmond Tutu reminds us that we, our ambitions, and our transformations are woven with the threads of those around us.
Ambition at its shadow level is experienced as greed. Greed is aspiration without trust, it is self-serving, based in fear, and takes from others. As we trust life and others, we become aware that we are all interconnected and that when we take from others, we are depleting our resources too. As we grow out of greed and apsire to serve beyond the material plane. We aspire to work with others for the benefit of others and have a desire and drive to support our tribe to grow.
"The core of aspiration is to be of service." - Richard Rudd
When we partner together to support our tribe, we have the potential to make a big impact. Discovering your allies, cheerleaders, and support team is critical to ascending and succeeding through the obstacles of our world.
Unveiling Your Inner Circle:
Who are your allies?
Who brings out your strengths, celebrates your victories, and steadies you in your stumbles? These are the ones you can trust, rely on, and work with in harmony.
Who recognizes you?
Not just your achievements, but your essence, your spark. They see the potential, the fire within, even when it's dimmed. These are the ones who fuel your self-belief.
Who opens doors?
These are the connectors, the bridge-builders who introduce you to new opportunities, possibilities, and challenges. Embrace them, for they expand your landscape.
Who do you impact?
And who, in turn, impacts you? The ripples you create, the lives you touch, and the hands that reach back to shape yours – these are the threads of mutual growth.
Who nourishes your soul?
Who inspires you to be your best, lifts you up, and celebrates your quirks? These are the soulmates, the cheerleaders who keep your spirit soaring.
Who holds you back?
The naysayers, the energy vampires, the ones who drain your spirit and belittle your dreams. They may be loved ones, but their toxicity can be a roadblock. Acknowledge their hold, then choose healthy boundaries.
Your Drive to Rise Up - Navigating the Maze:
This internal engine fuels your ambition both in the mundane and mystical realms. It's the desire to be recognized, appreciated, to leave your mark on the world.
Richard Rudd shares this beautiful synthesis of the path this energy takes us on.
The Serpent Path
There is surrender on one side, and there is personal effort on the other. To attain the higher states, we must move through effort. That is the teaching of this Gene Key.
The Siddhi is our reward. It becomes an effortless effort; the paradox of surrendered effort. Truth must be won. It must be earned. And many times we will fall, but we must get up again and keep moving.
On the path of Ascension, Dare to Ascend. Dare to keep going against insurmountable odds. And one day, you will see. The wind will drop, the waters will calm and you will see that Grace has been following you all along.
-Dare to Be Divine, Richard Rudd
Remember, true ambition serves both your purpose and the greater good.
Seek mentors and collaborators.
Those who recognize your talents and skills can guide you, challenge you, and help you rise higher.
Let go of unhealthy attachments.
The negative influences, the energy drains – release them with compassion and create space for those who fuel your growth.
Embrace your drive wisely.
Don't be blindly driven by the promise of success. Align your ambition with your "Why" and let it be a force for positive change.
Inspire others to transform.
Your journey isn't yours alone. Become a beacon, a catalyst for others to rise up and fulfill their own potential.
Remember, your tribe is not static. It evolves with you, with your needs and aspirations. Embrace the fluidity, nurture the connections that empower you, and let go of those that hold you back. The world awaits your unique expression, so rise up, gather your tribe, and embark on the glorious journey of your ambition.
Discover How To Embrace Ambition:
- Deepen your connection to your "Why" and let it guide your choices.
- Identify the allies, supporters, and mentors who fuel your transformation.
- Recognize and release those whose influence hinders your growth.
- Cultivate your "Gate 54" drive to elevate yourself and inspire others.
- Build a tribe of conscious co-creators who support your journey.
Weave your dreams into reality, one conscious choice, one empowering connection at a time.
The Inspiration For This Lesson:
"Interaction in its mundane social context but also one's mystical and cosmic relationships.
A fundamental drive to advance in the world, and to be recognized for one's skills and talents. While this energy fuels the most mundane ambitions, it also serves spiritual ideals and aspirations as fulfilling one’s potential on the mundane plane leads to transformation. This drive to ‘rise up’ can also inspire others to transform.
Dependent on recognition from those who can help one advance and succeed on the material plane. While mainly looking to channel ambition toward what has lasting value and consistency, if lacking direction, one may be blindly driven toward anything that promises success." - Ra Uru Hu, Gate 54: Marrying Maiden, The Gate of Drive
