Session 5
UNLOCKING YOUR TRANSFORMATIVE POTENTIAL
The Path to Inner Truth : Courage & Creativity
Unveiling the Pressure
Think Robin Williams' manic genius jamming with Jim Carrey's deep soul-searching, and you're getting close. This ain't your average energy, this is the deep stuff of psychosis, inspiration, mystery, and truth. This week we dive beyond logic and reason, and embrace the "unknowable".
You know that itch you get, that insatiable need to crack life's code? That's Gate 61 whispering "Psst, wanna see the matrix behind the curtains?" This is the experience of all the thoughts and wondering, this is the "Why??" and the "What??", this the insomnia on crack at night while you ponder the complexities of the universe, this is a browser with 100 tabs open. (Please tell me I am not the only one?!!)
Some of you might be stuck in the shallows, drowning in childhood survival tactics. Maybe you're like a mime trapped in a loud world, repressing your truth and mimicking others just to fit in. Or maybe you're building your reality on a foundation of sand. Or maybe you believe that ..."If I answer this question just right, everything will make sense!"
While the shadows of this energy can be like quicksand sucking you in, the promise on the other side is oneness with God. The promise beckons you on a transformative journey of self-discovery. It is your creativity that pulls you out of psychosis and into inspiration. This exploration transcends the realm of logic and reason, inviting you to embrace the "unknowable" and delve into the universal principles that shape your existence. It's navigating a cosmic labyrinth, guided by your creative soul and intuitive insights and propelled by an insatiable desire to unveil the mysteries of life.
So here is the thing about Gate 61, not only does the energy fill your mind with questions seeking to know things, it also throws you sudden insights and BOOM profound knowing comes online for you. Sudden flashes of understanding, seemingly emerging from the ether, ignite within you. These intuitive knowings transcend conscious control, often holding the potential to inspire others and reshape fundamental concepts about life's nature. This knowing is beyond intellect and textbook knowledge, in fact sometimes it might seem a bit crazy to some and yet, its truth as you know it. It's YOUR truth and it's here to be shared with others.
Do you have the courage to live your truth?
Breathe In. Breathe Out. Surrender.
Breathe through the pressure, and listen to your body's wisdom. Close your eyes, imagine, and let inspiration take the wheel.
What makes your soul sing? What ignites that internal fireworks show? What would you do if fear wasn't even a blip on the radar?
Your inner truth is a GPS whispering to you and showing you the path to oneness.
As Cynthia said, "The biggest cheerleader is meant to be YOU!"
Read. That. Again.
The answer to knowing yourself and knowing your inner truth cannot be found in religion or science or on TikTok, it is found within you.
The transformative gift of inspiration draws you from the shadows, guiding you toward a higher form of consciousness. You gain the ability to articulate the unexplainable, to share the profound insights that well up from within, and to illuminate the path for others seeking their own inner truth.
This journey is a treasure hunt for your soul, where every "why" leads to a deeper "wow." And like Rumi's sage advice, knowing what to ignore is just as important as knowing what to seek. So, step out of the shadows, embrace the "unknowable," turn off the noise, tune into your inner knowing, and surrender to the mystery of life.
This state of oneness with the divine transcends the need for definitive answers. You live in a state of complete emptiness and fullness, paradoxically embracing the mysteries of life without seeking explanation. It's a realm of profound peace and acceptance, where existence unfolds organically, unburdened by the limitations of the mind.
Your Inner Truth Journey:
Are you ready to embark on this odyssey of self-discovery?
Ground yourself in facts and observations, but don't be afraid to transcend routine and envision the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. Resist the urge to act prematurely; instead, cultivate patient awareness, allowing your body intelligence to guide your decision-making process. This is the key to unlocking your true potential.
This isn't just a journey of individual transformation; it's a collective exploration of the mysteries that bind us all. As you embrace your inner truth and share your insights, you contribute to a tapestry of understanding, illuminating the path for others and enriching the collective human experience. (Imagine with me the power here. Imagine as we all connect with our inner truth and share these insights with the world. Imagine the shifts that are happening. Oh!! I am so excited imagining this and feeling my heart expand with the love, peace, and truth of who we are.)
Remember, the universe whispers its secrets to those who dare to listen. Open your heart, embrace the mystery, and embark on your transformative journey. Your inner truth awaits.
Quotes to Contemplate:
These quotes capture the power and importance of finding and living according to your inner truth. They highlight the challenges and rewards of this journey, urging us to silence the self-doubt and external pressures to reveal the unique song that resides within each of us. Remember, the path to inner truth is a continuous one, paved with both courage and vulnerability and truly inspired by creativity. Let these words guide you as you embark on your quest for authenticity and self-discovery.
"Your deepest truth is what gives you life. The secret of living is to find it, and the way to find it is to remove everything that obscures it." - Rumi, 13th-century Persian poet and mystic
The "deepest truth" is often hidden beneath layers of conditioning and distractions. By removing these veils, we connect with the divine essence within, achieving oneness with our higher source.
"There is a voice within you that whispers all you need to know. You have only to be silent enough to hear it." - Rumi
This quote emphasizes the necessity of inner silence. Only in quiet reflection can we hear the whispers of our higher source, guiding us towards our inner truth.
"The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off." - Gloria Steinem, American feminist, journalist, and activist
The truth, even if uncomfortable, liberates us from illusions and self-deceptions. Owning our authentic selves, even the messy parts, brings us closer to wholeness and alignment with our higher source.
"To live a creative life, we must learn to lose our fear of being wrong." - Joseph Campbell, American mythologist and author
Our higher source inspires creativity and innovation. To embrace it, we must release the fear of making mistakes and trust the innate wisdom within, allowing it to guide our unique expression.
"Your true self is an unbroken song of perfect rhythm, and you were meant to sing it with your whole voice." - John O'Donohue, Irish poet and philosopher
This quote reminds us that our inner truth is a divine melody, harmonizing perfectly with the universe's song. Embracing it allows us to sing in full resonance with our higher source.
“You are ready and able to do beautiful things in this world... you will only ever have two choices: love or fear. choose love, and don’t ever let fear turn you against your playful heart.” - Jim Carrey, Actor and Comedian
This quote urges us to align our actions with the love that naturally resides within our playful hearts. Fear stems from external anxieties and doubts that can mask our authentic selves. Choosing love becomes an act of embracing our inner truth, rejecting fear's distortions, and stepping boldly into the world with the confidence to create beauty. It's a call to listen to the playful spirit within, the part that knows our true potential and guides us towards fulfilling our unique purpose.
The Inspiration For This Lesson
"The awareness of universal underlying principles."
"Gate 61 as an inspiration is not the visions passing through the mind but the static noise inside of the mind that keeps the mind occupied.
The old joke about history being his story and mystery being my story, Inner Truth is the pressure to resolve the individual mystery. It is a pressure. The intensity of the pressure can fuel unique inspiration or can lead to delusion and madness. The frequency of Mental Awareness is over all time. The pressure of the unknown and knowable haunts the thinkers mind. This is the pressure to know the absolute.
The energy mechanic is the struggle for silence. Please recognize, that silence in this sense means that you know what
you need to know. Whenever I deal with the 61, I always go to the oracle of Delphi which says, 'Know thyself.' 'Know thyself' is the only thing of value to know. Everything else is secondary. If you know yourself, the unknowable is you and you do not have to seek the unknowable at all because the moment that you truly know yourself, you know the mystery of life because you get to live it, because you are designed for your mystery, for your story." - Ra Uru Hu, Gate 61: Inner Knowing, The Gate of Mystery
